Quinta do Vallado
The grapes are harvested manually and vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons capacity. The must ferments for around a week at 23º - 25º C, with programmed automatic pumping over.
Concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak wood and red fruits.
Good structure in the mouth, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent and fresh finish.
